8 Life Changing Beauty Hacks Ever4 min read
Beauty hacks are our lifesavers. Whether we are running out of time or do not have everything we need to look the best version of ourselves, we have to hack it out our way. Everyone faces beauty emergencies so to help you bring out the true you but with a wee bit of help, we bring certain tricks up your sleeves. So that the next time whatever the crisis be, you will be good to go.
1. Foundation hacks
Your foundation colour is darker than your skin tone? Worry not, just take aside a certain quantity of foundation and add a few drops of your moisturizer into it until you get the tone you want. The moisturiser helps lighten the foundation colour and will save you from buying a new one. At the same time giving that flawless base to apply your makeup on.
2. Brow hacks
Want fuller-looking brow but have run out of your brow pencil. It is a hack that I had to learn over time, just use your mascara as your brow wand and brush out your brows. Make sure that the mascara colour matches to your brow colour. A dark brown mascara works well for brunette hair. It will give you a fuller looking perfectly shaped brows elevating the entire face.
Apply petroleum jelly or vaseline jelly on your pulse point and layer your perfume on top of it. The major pulse points are your wrists and back of your knees, neck. Use these points to your advantage to make your perfume last longer. Therefore, you will not need to worry about reapplying your perfume.
4. Leave in conditioner
The multiple benefits of a leave-in conditioner have been told throughout the ages, you do not own one or have run out of one. Fret not, you can actually create your own leave in conditioner. Just add your everyday hair conditioner to water in the ratio of one is to two. Mix the two well and spray it on to your hair. The frizzy, rough hair can immediately be put under dominance.
5. Enhance your mascara power
Forgetting the most quintessential, beautiful longer lashes you will need just two things. A good old mascara(not more than 3 months old) and a small piece of cardboard. Place the piece of cardboard paper behind your lashes and then apply the mascara to it. It will instantly give your lashes a lift making them look longer and you will not even get any mascara stains on your eyelids. It will certainly be a job well done.

6. Lipstick as blush
This is the oldest and truly I believe the most used beauty hack ever. Using your lipstick as a blush I think is genius. For every teenage girl out there who does not own a blush, it is the most widely used tool in your makeup kit. Whether you are scrunched up on time or just do not own a blush your pink lip balm or simply using your pink or red lipstick as a blush is totally okay! It gives you that beautiful sun-kissed pink glow. Which will leave your skin with a hint of colour?
7. Lipstick for contouring
Since we are on the subject of lipstick it is important to know various other purposes your lipsticks can be used. A brown lipstick can be used as a contouring stick. No kidding, it can be applied to the side of your nose and three strokes to the temple of your face with a stroke on your cheekbones. Blend it well and voila! You have a perfectly contoured face. Run out of bronzer or do not own one, the same will work just fine.

8. Flawless skin with ice cold water
Before applying your makeup or before anything else soak your face into eye cold water first thing in the morning. Splash your face with that water for about 20 seconds and let it set. This may sound a tough thing to do but doing this will bring a huge difference to your face. It tightens the pores and brightens it at the same time. So that when you do apply makeup your skin will look photo finished and a radiant glow.
