Being happy is not just a temporary emotion but a state of total appreciation of life and knowing that whatever happens and everything that life throws your way can be conquered and truly evolve into the best version of yourself and accomplish everything you have set.
They appreciate everything they have:
If you have to be happy, the point is to be positive first. To do so, you have to learn to look at everything that you have been given and not the things you do not have. When you start looking at life as the glass half full everything around you also seems better. Be grateful each day and feel blessed to have what you have.
They work for their dreams:
To happy people Monday is not a day to be hated rather begin afresh. In fact, all days of the week are thoroughly enjoyed and given a 100 per cent. Keep a purpose which you want to fulfil and do everything you can until there is nothing else left to put into it. It can only be done when you are truly happy and do what you love.
They spread a smile:
Yes, your vibe matters and what you emit around you. If you are happy it is infectious, It will spread. Happy people bring a smile wherever they go and it spreads. Their energy is charming and usually, a lot of people are attracted towards that energy.
They do not hate:
Hate is a controllable emotion and a lot of people do not get that. A happy person is so content with themselves that they do not try and find faults to hate another. They find no pleasure in the idea of hating another because they are somewhat different than you are.
They speak up:
A lot of people watch silently as a wrong is being done. To break you the truth, life can be messy and certain situations will need to be handled by confrontations. People who are happy usually tend to speak up when they see a wrong happening. It is truly hard for them to see someone else suffering, they want to and do bring about changes that they can.
They are highly observant:
A highly observant person is rarely in a wrong place at the wrong time. They have already mastered the trick to know better than the rest and what to do in any kind of a sticky situation. Observe and not respond in every situation is their mantra. It can be a highly coveted trick once you know how to influence people and handle anything that is thrown at you. Happy people tend to turn around any situation.
It is no myth that people who exercise are certainly more cheerful and less aggressive than people who do not. The people who are truly happy, exercise. Their day is incomplete without it, exercise releases endorphins which are a chemical released when you are happy. Therefore, science proves it that happiness and exercise are interrelated.

You learn from people around you. The crowd that you usually spend time with? Happy people usually are very picky about who they want to be around. Their friendships are usually written on rocks as they are bound to have tight-knit friends.
They are compassionate:
Happy, content people are highly compassionate and are sensitive towards their surroundings. They understand a situation and act accordingly to it. Not everyone can empathize the way happy people generally do. Since they are happy, they spread that joy and do want to spread it around as well.
