Invest in some killer workout clothes
Invest in comfortable and practical clothes that you can lunge your heart out in. Dressing up for the gym is very important now as, the better you look, the better you’ll feel. Pick an outfit that makes you comfortable and confident. Moisture-wicking fabrics allow sweat to evaporate quickly and it’s best to avoid anything that goes see-through when stretched. No matter what shape you’re in, shorts over the top are not optional. Pick fabrics that allow you to move, bend, sweat, and lift comfortably. Go for breathable materials designed for athletic wear to keep cool and comfortable. When in doubt, layer. Layering up clothing on top of each other adds up the extra pinch of glam.
Invest in gym-friendly makeup
There’s a ton of makeup that will safely see you through without causing major breakouts. Ideally, we wouldn’t wear makeup in the gym, not least of all because it tends to run everywhere. But if you really can’t do without, then the key is to opt for products that won’t clog your skin or leave you with post-run panda eyes. While so many of us think bare-faced is the best way to go when working out, still some of us need a bit of extra confidence. For a flawless complexion, opt for a light base of tinted moisturizer or mineral foundation. Pair this with waterproof mascara and some tinted lip balm for a natural look. You don’t want to listen to every bit of thing your counterparts at gym throw at you or anybody else. All you need is positivity all around you.

Stale sweat is an unpleasant cologne. When your skin heats up, the fragrance of your deodorant intensifies and then burns off. So, switch to a sportier scent. Go for scents that are fresh and light. And because your body stays warm for hours after your session, you won’t fumigate the office, either.
Don’t Compare Yourself to Other People
It can be disheartening to see the woman next to you lifting heavy weights when you are struggling to lift those little dumbbells.
